Festive Cranberry-Pineapple Salad

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Reserve 1 Tbsp.
  3. crushed pineapple; set aside.
  4. Add enough cold water to pineapple juice to measure 3 cups; pour into saucepan.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Add to dry gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  7. until completely dissolved.
  8. Stir in cranberry sauce.
  9. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until slightly thickened.
  10. Stir in remaining crushed pineapple, pears and nuts.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Top with reserved pineapple before serving.
