Caramelitas

  1. Mix butter, sugar, egg, chocolate, milk and vanilla.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients on low speed to soft dough, scraping bowl constantly.
  3. Halve the dough.
  4. Chill for 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  6. Mold dough by rounded teaspoonfuls around caramel halves; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 7 minutes; cool. Blend remaining ingredients.
  8. Swirl cookies in chocolate glaze.
