Mousse Di Mortadella
- 500 g mortadella
- 1 teaspoon parmigiano, grated
- 23 cup cream, for whipping
- Grind the mortadella and the cheese in a mortar or blender until it is reduced to a creamy consistency.
- Whip your cream and gently fold it into the mortadella.
- To serve use a large nozzle and pipe onto dry toast or crackers or serve in cups with squares of toasted bread.
