Buddhist Tofu Soup Recipe Crossing Cultures Cuisine

  1. In a medium bowl mix the first 3 ingredients with 2 tbsp.
  2. of vegetable stock.
  3. Add tofu and oil and blend well.
  4. Pour the rest of the stock together with the tofu in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  5. Add zucchini and simmer for 2 min.
  6. Add Chinese cabbage and simmer for 2 min.
  7. Add cilantro and ginger and chillies.
  8. Serve.
  9. Note: Any kind of vegetable may be used in this soup.
