Slow-Cooked Pork Stew with Dumplings

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in slow cooker; cover with lid.
  2. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours).
  3. Discard bay leaves.
  4. Mix eggs, stuffing mixes and water; shape into 8 balls.
  5. Add cream cheese product to slow cooker; stir until melted.
  6. Stir in stuffing balls; cook, covered, on HIGH 30 min.
  7. Turn off slow cooker.
  8. Let stand 15 min.
  9. Serve stew and dumplings topped with chives.
