SBD style chicken salad

  1. Dice the veggies into a bowl.
  2. Shred the chicken with a fork, pulling against the grain of the meat, so it"flakes".
  3. Mix the dressing elements together and check for the salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the salad dressing with the chicken and veggies.
  5. Let stand in refrigeration for 30 minutes or more.
  6. Serve over leafy greens.
  7. Serves 2.
