Egg-Tar-Tar Toast

  1. Heat oil on pan.
  2. Beat egg or if you are feeling lazy like me, break an egg over a pan and scramble it with a spatula, confining it to a small area.
  3. Add 1 tsp of tartar sauce and garlic powder to the pan and mix briskly (i prefer my egg slightly runny) before sliding the omelet over the toast.
  4. Add a dash of pepper to taste.
  5. Add a sprinkle of salt to taste if you so prefer, but it's actually not necessary.
  6. Ta-dah!
