Cool Rhuby Cordial

  1. Stir the rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
  2. Set aside until soft and juicy, about 1 hour.
  3. Puree the rhubarb and frozen strawberries, ice cream, vodka, and Cognac in a blender until smooth and pink.
  4. Pour into a chilled brandy snifter or parfait glass.
  5. Garnish with a strawberry or rhubarb strip.
  6. Serve with a thick straw or sundae spoon.
  7. Drink.
