Chicken Or Pork Chop Bake Recipe
- 3/4 c. rice (raw)
- 1 can cream of chicken or possibly mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- Mix all ingredients and let stand at least 1/2 hour.
- Transfer mix to pan big sufficient to hold the amount of meat you are using.
- Put chicken or possibly pork chops on top of mix - brush with melted butter - salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
- If rice gets dry before done, add in a little water.
