Pear-Cranberry Relish

  1. In a large saucepan, simmer cranberries in water for 10 - 15 minutes or until tender (you can use fresh or frozen cranberries).
  2. Add pears, orange juice and orange peel; simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
  3. Cool 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with sweetener; stir well.
  5. Chill for 2 hours.
