Spicy Chicken
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 3/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Clove Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 c. Salad Oil
- 1/2 c. Lemon Juice
- Chicken Drumettes (25-35)
- Cayenne Pepper or Tabasco
- 1. In a large sauce pan lightly simmer all ingredients except chicken, lemon juice, and cayenne/tabasco.
- Simmer until all ingredients are mixed. 2. Remove mixture from heat and add lemon juice.
- Place chicken in large baking dish and pour mixture over chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate 2-7 hours. 3. To bake heat oven at 350u0b0, cooking & basting chicken 20 -30 minutes.
- Add cayenne or tabasco about 10-15 minutes before chicken is done.
