thin steak sandwich
- 10 thin sliced steaks beef
- 2 cup sr flour
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 oz shredded lettuce
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 hoagie buns
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 tsp yellow prepared mustard
- 8 dill pickle chips each sandwich forty eight total
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 1 oil to deep fry in
- get oil hot , season the steaks and flour
- in a small pot heat olive oil put in the margarine melt add mushrooms and onions cook till soft
- bread each steak and deep fry set aside on a paper towel to drain oil
- when mushrooms and onions are done add teasppon of flour to them stir and thicken for sauce on sandwich
- slice bread toast in a pan
- on your bread add what you desire I did mine as following
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, lettuce to cover one side
- 3-4 tomatoes slices, pickles , steaks 2 ,
- add onion , mushroom sauce enjoy
