Spinach Crostini

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Cut baguette into slices about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Combine all other ingredients.
  4. Spread spinach mixture on bread slices and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until edges of bread begin to brown.
  5. Finish by broiling for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. The spinach mixture is also delicious as a cold dip with crackers or crudite.
