Meat Filling For Shells Recipe

  1. Break up hamburger into small pcs and saute/fry with onion in a skillet on medium-high heat, till browned.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add in egg, mozzarella cheese, bread, lowfat milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover bottom of pan with tomato sauce (3 x 9 inch).
  5. Fill parboiled shells with filling and layer in pan.
  6. Cover with sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 30 min.
