James Fruit Tart

  1. Heat pan to medium heat and add sugar
  2. Place fruit in pan on top of sugar
  3. Cook until sugar has caramelised and fruit is cooked
  4. Turn fruit once
  5. Place in oven dish and cool
  6. Add pastry lid and tuck in the sides
  7. Bake in oven at 220 for approximately 22 mins.
  8. Depends on oven but until golden brown.
  9. If required this can be tipped upside down onto plate or as a tart.
  10. Serve with ice cream or custard delicious hot or cold.
