Welsh Rabbit Recipe
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash of cayenne
- 2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded Cracker Barrel Brand sharp natural Cheddar cheese
- white bread, toasted, cut in triangles
- Make white sauce with butter, flour, lowfat milk and seasonings.
- Add in cheese; stir till melted.
- Serve over toast; sprinkle with paprika, if you like.
- 6 servings.
