Harvest Salad To Go

  1. PLACE apples in resealable container.
  2. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  3. TOP with layers of remaining ingredients; seal container.
  4. TOSS and divide evenly among 4 salad bowls.
  5. SERVE each with a dinner roll spread with 1 tsp.
  6. of margarine.
  7. COMPLEMENT each meal with 8 oz of yogurt topped with 1 Tbsp.
  8. of sliced almonds for dessert.
  9. SERVE each person 8 fl oz (1 cup) of water.
