Lemon Pepper Cobb Salad

  1. Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
  2. Add chicken, lemon zest and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Place chopped lettuce onto platter.
  4. Arrange all remaining ingredients except salad dressing in rows over lettuce.
  5. Serve with salad dressing.
