Amarillo Salmon Recipe

  1. Mix barbeque and horseradish sauce together.
  2. Grill one side of the salmon on a well-oiled grill.
  3. After turning over, baste cooked side with sauce mix.
  4. Before taking off the grill flip again and baste the other side of the fish.
  5. This recipe yields 2 servings.
  6. Suggested Wine: Beverage suggestions: A berry lager or possibly sweet red wine.
  7. NOTES : Chef's Tip - Try this sauce on skewered shrimp or possibly other types of seafood.
