Pig Licken Cake
- 1 each cake mix, yellow
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 8 ounces whipped topping, prepared
- 1 box instant pudding mix, vanilla
- 1 can pineapple crushed
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and Mandarin oranges.
- Bake in 3 greased and lightly floured round pans at 350F (180C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Icing: Mix together Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple with mixer on low speed.
- Ice cake with it, then decorate top and around bottom edge of cake with oranges.
- Keep in refrigerator.
