Coffee Panna Cotta
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 teaspoon instant coffee
- 100g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon gelatine, dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
- mixed berries, to serve Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Place milk, sugar and coffee in a small microwave-safe jug.
- Heat on HIGH for 40-50 seconds until sugar and coffee are dissolved.
- Gradually whisk milk mixture into the Philly* until smooth.
- Stir in the gelatine mixture.
- Pour mixture into 2 x 125ml timbale moulds and cover with cling wrap.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
- To serve, loosen with a knife, or dip the moulds in boiling water for a couple of seconds, then turn out onto a serving plate.
- Serve with mixed berries.
