Coffee Panna Cotta

  1. Place milk, sugar and coffee in a small microwave-safe jug.
  2. Heat on HIGH for 40-50 seconds until sugar and coffee are dissolved.
  3. Gradually whisk milk mixture into the Philly* until smooth.
  4. Stir in the gelatine mixture.
  5. Pour mixture into 2 x 125ml timbale moulds and cover with cling wrap.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  7. To serve, loosen with a knife, or dip the moulds in boiling water for a couple of seconds, then turn out onto a serving plate.
  8. Serve with mixed berries.
