Bacon Mushroom And Swiss Meat Loaf Recipe
- 1 lb Good quality grnd beef
- 1/2 lb Grnd pork
- 1 sm Onion, finely minced
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Corn flake crumbs, ( I used bread crumbs)
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 ounce Grated swiss cheese
- 1 can (4 Ounce) mushrooms, liquid removed
- 3 slc Bacon, minced
- In a large bowl add in all ingredients.
- Blend well and shape into a loaf in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for about an hour or possibly until cooked through.
