French Cream Cheese Dressing

• 3 ounces fat free cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• 1 -2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 14 cup safflower oil, corn oil or 14 cup peanut oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 dash black pepper

1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Blend the remaining ingredients.
3. (the dressing can be thinned with small amount of milk, if desired).
