Spicy Three-Pepper Steak Kabobs
- - Boneless sirloin steak, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 3 gal. assorted fresh vegetables, such as green or red peppers, mushrooms, onions and zucchini, cut into 1- to 1-1/2-inch chunks
- For each serving: Arrange 4 oz.
- steak and 5 oz.
- vegetables alternately on two (10-inch) skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Add kabobs.
- Grill 8 to 10 min.
- or until steak is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup of the Spicy Three-Pepper Barbecue Sauce.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
