Yummy Chocolate Cupcakes

• 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 13 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 6 ounces chocolate chips
• 1 12 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 14 cup cocoa
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup water
• 13 cup salad oil
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Mix cream cheese, salt, sugar, and egg for filling, then add chocolate chips.
2. Set aside.
3. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa, and salt then add water, salad oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
4. Fill cups 1/3 full with chocolate mixture.
5. Add heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
6. Bake 350 for about 30 minutes.
