Broccoli Cheese Bread Recipe

• 1-1/2# loaf - (1# loaf size)
• 1 pkt Frzn BROCCOLI w/cheese sauce (10 ounce) (same)
• 3/8 c. Lowfat milk (none)
• 1 x EGG (1 egg)
• 3 c. BREAD FLOUR (2 C.)
• 1 tsp SALT (1 tsp.)
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. BUTTER (1T)
• 1/4 c. Chopped ONION (3 Tablespoons)
• 1 1/2 tsp Red Star YEAST (1-1/2 tsp.)

1. Cook the broccoli as directed on the package.
2. Place cooked broccoli in food processor.
3. Chop briefly to c. up the large pcs.
4. Allow mix to cold to room temperature.
5. Place all ingred including broccoli in bread pan Press Start
6. Crust: Regular
7. Menu Selection: Bake
