Rich & Smooth Edamame Tofu

  1. Boil the edamame (thaw if frozen).
  2. Remove the beans from the pods.
  3. Mix the tofu and edamame in a blender (or food processor) until smooth.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin and salt in milk, then add to Step 2 and mix well.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and cool in the refrigerator to stiffen.
