BBQ Chicken Salad

  1. Mix chicken and barbecue sauce in large frying pan; cook on medium-high heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  2. Toss greens with the dressing.
  3. For each serving: Place 2 cups of greens mixture on salad plate; top with 2 oz.
  4. of the warm chicken, 2 tomato wedges and 1/4 cup of the croutons.
  5. Serve warm.
