BBQ Chicken Salad
- cooked chicken, cut into strips
- 2-1/2 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce, any flavour
- 40 cups mixed salad greens
- 1-1/4 cups Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 5 each large tomato, each cut into 8 wedges
- 5 cups croutons
- Mix chicken and barbecue sauce in large frying pan; cook on medium-high heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Toss greens with the dressing.
- For each serving: Place 2 cups of greens mixture on salad plate; top with 2 oz.
- of the warm chicken, 2 tomato wedges and 1/4 cup of the croutons.
- Serve warm.
