  1. Espresso Syrup:.
  2. Mix hot espresso with sugar, stirring to disolve the sugar.
  3. Cool syrup.
  4. To make the drink:.
  5. Combine 1/2 ounce of express syrup in a blender with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Serve in a tall glass with whipped cream on top.
  8. Using a small strainer sprinkle cocoa on top.
