Pork Belly and Napa Cabbage Rolls Stewed in Milk and Cheese
- 8 leaves Napa cabbage
- 100 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 200 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Consomme stock granules
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 100 grams Pizza cheese
- Cook the napa cabbage in boiling water for about 1 minute.
- Spread the napa cabbage on a chopping board and place the pork on top.
- Roll them together and secure the ends with a toothpick.
- Place the rolls in a pot and add the milk, consomme, salt and pepper and turn on the heat.
- Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.
- Add in the cheese and turn off the heat.
- Cover with a lid and let sit for 1 minute and you're done.
