Roasted Cheddar Potatoes W/Croutons

  1. Preheat oven according to package directions for potatoes.
  2. Place frozen potatoes in a large self-sealing plastic bag.
  3. Combine cooking oil, garlic, paprika, and salt.
  4. Drizzle over potato wedges.
  5. Seal bag and shake to coat potatoes.
  6. Lightly coat a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  7. Spread potatoes in a single layer on prepared pan.
  8. Bake according to package directions, turning once.
  9. In another small bowl combine cheese and croutons.
  10. Sprinkle over the potatoes the last 3 mins of baking.
