Dried Beef Cheese Ball

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 tbsp. horseradish
• 1/2 sm. onion, finely diced
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. fresh
• dried parsley
• 1 pkg. dried beef
• ham, cut into sm. pieces

1. Let cream cheese soften.
2. Mix all the ingredients together, but use only half of the dried beef.
3. Form into a ball and then roll in the remaining dried beef pieces.
4. Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
