Dried Beef Cheese Ball
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 sm. onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. fresh
- dried parsley
- 1 pkg. dried beef
- ham, cut into sm. pieces
- Let cream cheese soften.
- Mix all the ingredients together, but use only half of the dried beef.
- Form into a ball and then roll in the remaining dried beef pieces.
- Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
