Healthy Strawberry & Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Bar

  1. Assemble all ingredients.
  2. Preh oven to 325 degrees .
  3. Place oats, flour, cinnamon, coconut oil, salt, vanilla, Truvia, protein, egg whites and Almond milk in a mixing bowl, mix at low speed for 1 minute.
  4. Divide crust in half.
  5. Grease a 13x9 baking pan.
  6. Press one half of the crust mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  7. For the filling; blend strawberries, blueberries, Truvia, lemon juice and corn starch until pureed.
  8. Spread over oat mixture.
  9. For topping, add remaining crust mixture.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
