Low Carb Sushi

  1. Peel cucumber and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove seeds to form a small pit.
  3. Fill pit with cream cheese.
  4. Dice jalapeno and sprinkle over cream cheese then press in
  5. Slice avocado into thin strips and place over jalapenos.
  6. Slice tuna into small strips and place on top
  7. Mix soy sauce and wasabi until well blended.
  8. Pour over cucumber roll.
  9. Enjoy.
