Turkey Medallions in Wine Sauce
- 1 pound, 1-23 ounces, weight Turkey Medallions
- 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Corn Flour
- 1 ounces, weight Butter
- 10 tablespoons, 7 pinches Chicken Stock
- 10 tablespoons, 7 pinches Dry White Wine
- 3-58 ounces, weight Curd Cheese
- 3-58 ounces, weight Button Mushrooms, Sliced
- Grated Nutmeg, To Taste

- Dredge the medallions in the seasoned flour.
- 2.
- Heat butter in a skillet.
- Brown medallions lightly in the butter.
- 3.
- Add the stock and wine and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
- 4.
- Add the curd cheese, together with the mushrooms and nutmeg.
- 5.
- Stir gently and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Easy suggestion: you could use turkey steaks for this but they would need more cooking timeanother 10 minutesbefore adding the curd cheese.
