Pizza Skillet Supper Combo
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. diced or sliced pepperoni
- 2 c. uncooked mini-lasagna noodles
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onions and bell pepper; drain.
- Stir in pizza sauce and soup; blend well.
- Stir in water and pepperoni.
- Bring to boil; stir in uncooked noodles.
- Cover; cook over medium heat, 10 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring frequently.
- Uncover; cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until sauce is of desired consistency.
- Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
