Raspberry and Walnut Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cups raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoons black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 teaspoons tarragon leaves dried
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- Mix together the vinegar salt and sugar until the salt and sugar is disolved.
- Add all the ingredient together in a glass jar or container with a tight fitting lid and shake well and refrigerate.
- Shake well before serving.
