Easy Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 can Campbell's Nacho Cheese Soup
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 4 ounces shredded Pepper jack cheese
- 1 or 2 pinches salt and pepper
- Blend can soup and the milk well and "gently heat" on the stove.
- When the mix is hot start adding the shredded cheese.
- Add a little at a time and stir until melted.
- When all the cheese is incorporated and melted remove from heat.
- Can be used as a chip dip or a cheese topping for any recipe you like.
