Applesauce Carrot Cake

  1. For the cake, mix everything together and pour into a jelly-roll pan or other large baking pan (10 by 12 inch I think).
  2. Bake at 350F (180C).
  3. for about 35 minutes.
  4. Frost when completely cool.
  5. Everyone loves this cake.
