VELVEETA Skillet Dinners - Meatless

  1. Bring 2 cups water to boil in large nonstick skilllet.
  2. Stir in pasta.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; cover skillet with tight-fitting lid.
  4. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender and just a little water remains in the skillet.
  5. Stir in VELVEETA and vegetables.
  6. Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in sour cream.
