Coated Marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 23 cup corn syrup
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 cups crisp rice cereal
- 24 large marshmallows
- Melt th emargarine in the saucepan over medium.
- Addthe corn syrup and brown sugar.
- Heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
- Remove the saucepan to the hot pad.
- Add the peanut butter.
- Stir until melted.
- Add the vanilla.
- Stir.
- Put the cereal into the bowl.
- Use the fork to dip each marshmallow into the peanut butter mixture until completely coated.
- Roll in the cereal.
- Set on the waxed paper to cool.
