Potato Crisps
- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 medium potatoes, but into 1/8 inch thick slices
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- Line a large baking sheet with foil.
- Spray with nonstick coating.
- Arrange potato slices in a single layer.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Bake in 400 degree F. oven for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are crisp and golden.
