Bacon Quesadillas with Sour Cream & Salsa
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
- 1/4 cup green onion slices
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Top tortillas with cheese, bacon and onions; fold in half.
- Place on baking sheet; brush with butter.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until edges are lightly browned.
- Serve topped with salsa and sour cream.
