The Freudian Slip Cocktail

• 1.5 ounces Liquorice Root Infused Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac
• 1/2 ounce Poire Williams Miclo
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 ounce simple syrup
• 6 dashes Pernod Absinthe
• 4 sage leaves

1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker over ice, shake
2. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass
