Chocolate-Orange Cake
- 1 pkg. JELL-O Vanilla Whip N Chill Mousse
- 1 qt. Cold orange juice
- 6 each chocolate cake layers (8 or 9 inch), cooled
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- Place mousse mix and orange juice in bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
- Beat on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened.
- Scrape bowl.
- Beat on medium speed 5 to 8 minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Spread each of 3 of the cake layers (or 1 of the cake layers for trial recipe) with 2 cups of the mousse mixture.
- Top with remaining cake layers.
- Spread top of each cake with additional 2 cups mousse mixture.
- Pipe remaining mousse mixture evenly over tops of cakes for garnish.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
