Pancakes Made Easy
- 34 cup plain flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 12 teaspoons sugar (White or Brown will do)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 20 g butter or 20 g margarine, to melt
- little extra butter (for cooking) or margarine (for cooking)
- Measure Flour into a bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Crack the egg into a different bowl and whisk well.
- When whisked, add the milk.
- Place 20g of butter of margarine in a bowl and melt in the microwave.
- Now add the melted butter to the pancake mixture.
- Add some non-melted butter to a frypan and heat.
- Pour some batter into the pan.
- Cook for 45 seconds, then flip it.
- Cook on the other side for another 45 seconds.
- Put onto a plate and ENJOY!
