Round Steak Dinner Recipe

• 2 pound round steak, cut in serving size
• 5-6 carrots, cut same as potato size
• 1/2 c. veg. oil
• 5-6 potatoes, cut into lg. pcs
• 1/2 onion, cut into sm. pcs

1. Season steak to taste and brown in skillet.
2. Add in potatoes, carrots and onions to skillet.
3. Cover with water just to the top of the food.
4. Cover and simmer for 30 min or possibly till potatoes are soft when fork goes through.
