Banana Walnut Cheesecake
- Base
- 1 1/4 cups sweet biscuit crumbs
- 2 cup ground walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Filling
- 3 x 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup ground walnuts
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 2 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 tablespoon plain flour
- Combine biscuit crumbs, walnuts and butter, press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan.
- Chill.
- Beat Philly* until smooth, stir in brown sugar, walnuts, banana, eggs, cream and plain flour.
- Pour into prepared crumb crust; bake in oven 140C for 60 minutes.
- Allow to cool in oven.
- Chill 2 hours.
