Potato And Cheese Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
  3. Bring water to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Cover and cook until done.
  6. Peel and dice cooked potatoes.
  7. Place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  8. Combine cheese, pimentos, onion, green pepper, bread, butter, salt and pepper.
  9. Mix well and pour over potatoes.
  10. Drizzle milk over potato mixture and cover with cornflake crumbs.
  11. Bake 1 hour.
