Cookie Mousse Sandwich
- 1 gal. JELL-O Whip 'N Chill Mousse, any flavor Mousse, any flavor
- 64 each chocolate chip cookies (2 inch) (3 to 4 inches in diameter)
- Prepare mousse mix as directed on package.
- Pipe 1/2 cup of the mousse mixture onto each of 32 cookies, using pastry bag.
- Cover each with second cookie to make sandwich.
- Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight or until firm.
- Coat edge with miniature chocolate chips, chopped nuts or colored sprinkles.
- Serve frozen or place in refrigerator to thaw slightly before serving.
